Summary

This job is open due to our Client’s company growth. The Advisor Success team is the central hub for our Client’s customers’ source of corporate communication, proactive business building-value, customer service, and relationship management with our Client. Furthermore, as the Director of Advisor Success, you will be the primary relationship owner for our Client’s customers (advisors) as they commit to working with our Client and throughout their entire partnership journey with our Client. In addition, the Director of Advisor Success will provide the ultimate customer experience during the advisors’ onboarding process. Also, the Director of Advisor Success will continue to provide proactive value over time by sharing industry best practices, marketing strategies, and practice management recommendations to help them achieve their goals. Salary is $90k to $130k anticipate paying $100k to $115k for mid-to-senior-level person with financial advisory experience. Plus, equity in the company. Unlimited PTO. Responsibilities

  • The Director of Advisor Success gets to work hand in hand with independent financial advisory firms on a daily basis.
  • Furthermore, you’ll have the unique opportunity to grow with them.
  • Celebrate wins alongside the independent financial advisory firms.
  • Also, create business relationships that will last a lifetime.
  • Internally, you’ll build relationships cross-functionally within our Client to expand your knowledge of financial services, fin-tech, and SaaS strategies.
  • As Director of Advisor Success, you’ll get to meet our Client’s customers.
  • Moreover, assess where our Client’s customers are in their journey.
  • Furthermore, deliver the value they need to achieve that next level of success.
  • The Director of Advisor Success will determine what our Client’s customers (advisors) need.
  • In addition, you’ll be the main individual delivering feedback to the rest of our Client’s organization in order to strategize future roadmap priorities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in financial services and/or insurance distribution.
  • Furthermore, 5+ years of experience in a comparable sales, marketing, or account management role.
  • Proven track record of demonstrating consistent excellence in the areas of high-growth practice management, scaling start-ups, and/or supporting business owners in a B2B leadership role.
  • In addition, ability to learn quickly, on the spot, and isn’t afraid to dive into a new topic.
  • Believe there are always opportunities to improve and learn. You see potential everywhere, and actively take steps to learn and grow.
  • Also, comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable in ever-changing environments, and open to quickly changing course when new information arises.
  • Be someone that’s comfortable with continuous feedback.
  • In addition, anticipate customer needs and wants.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills.
