Description: Extensive executive-level expertise in employee benefit programs and fully insured medical product lines. Responsible for large self-funded accounts. Strategic planning and consulting with employer executive teams. Financial projections and analysis of employee benefit programs. Development and implementation of employer sponsored wellness programs. Work in partnership with employer HR and Benefits Department on benefit program offerings including life, disability, dental, medical, prescription drug, wellness and voluntary worksite programs. Medical Product Director experience. Oversee product development and portfolio management of fully insured medical product line. Directed team in multiple locations responsible for product development, product implementation and research and development.
