Enter keywords into the By Keywords field separated by spaces. The Title field of listings is searched by default. To also search for keywords within the Candidate Profile Descriptions, choose YES for Search Descriptions. (Note: If you choose to search descriptions, the search will take longer.) To further define the search, choose how you want those keywords to relate and any other criteria below.
